How much does it cost to use The Talent Advisor?
Employers do not pay anything to post a job.
Upon successful placement, you will need to pay a placement fee of 15-25% of the annual base salary.
The median Placement Fee is 20%
Employers indicate the Placement Fee they are prepared to pay for the position and we will source for Recruiters that agree with the fee and provide the candidates.
When do I need to pay the Placement Fee?
The
Talent Advisor will issue an invoice on the hire date.
The invoice is due within 30 days of the new hire joining.
Is there a Guarantee period?
Yes there is.
However, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our candidate as our recruiting agencies offer multiple suitably qualified candidates.
In addition, we have a 90 days performance guarantee and if your new hire does not work out we will replace with a new candidate.

How do Recruitment Partners benefit by using The Talent Advisor?
If you have a suitable candidate for a job listed by The Talent Advisor, you can submit the candidate for selection and if you candidate is hired for the job you get paid.
Is there a Subscription Fee to join The Talent Advisor?
There is NO subscription fee to register as a Recruitment Partner on The Talent Advisor.
Only Recruitment Partners can submit suitable candidates for jobs listed in The Talent Advisor.
How do we know when a job is posted on The Talent Advisor?
Recruitment Partners will receive a notification of the jobs available based on the criteria set by the Employer.
How much do Recruitment Partners earn?
In general, Recruitment Partners earn 80% of the fees paid by the Employer if their candidate is successfully hired.
There is a variation where the position in on a Contract basis in which case the revenue split is 75% to the Candidate, 15% to the Recruiting Partner and 10% to The Talent Advisor.
When do Recruitment Partners get paid?
Recruitment Partners are usually paid within 7 days of receipt of payment from the Employer. Employers are given 30 days credit period to pay the invoices which are dated upon the candidates joining the company.
What if an Employer does not pay the Fees?
Our payment terms are clear and we do background checks on companies who use The Talent Advisor to fill open jops.
The terms are 30 days credit and we will send reminders before the due date and if the payment is not made when due, we will continue to chase. We will keep all Recruiters updated on the payment.
Candidates can also sign up on The Talent Advisor Marketplace. How does this work?
The Candidate database is also for exclusive use by our Recruitment Partners. And this gives you an additional source of candidates you need for positions that you need to fill.

What is the benefit for submitting my CV on The Talent Advisor?
The Talent Advisor is an online recruiting marketplace and listing your CV with us gives you greater opportunities to be selected for positions as our Employers and Recruitment Partners that we work with cover many industries and different specialities and functions and positions to greatly increase your chance to find the job that you are looking for.
Do I need to pay a fee when submitting my CV?
All Candidates are welcome to send us their CVs and there is NO CHARGE for doing so.
