Account Management
You will be assigned an Account Manager to work with you on your hiring needs and the partner relationships. Whilst most of the processes are automated to increase speed and efficiency, the human touch may still be required in some areas.
Clear statement of fee structure and payment terms
Employers set the fees that meets their business needs and fee structures between Employers and Recruiting Partners are agreed before any assignment commences. invoicing is done on the day a candidate joins the Employer and is due for payment within 30 days. Recruiting Partners are paid within 7 days of the monies being received by The Talent Advisor.
Application Tracking Software (ATS)
Our ATS (Application Tracking Software) allows you to keep track of the complete hiring process.
